Questions

Ask us anything.

Direct answers about how Annora works, where your data lives, what it costs, and what your team has to learn. (Almost nothing.)

What is Annora?

An AI operating system for your company, built on the ERP, CRM, spreadsheets, and files you already run. One engine learns from everything you've quoted, built, and serviced; each department works through its own workspace on top. Ask in plain English and get the answer with its source. Sales goes live first; engineering, procurement, and service run on the same engine when you're ready.

Do we have to replace our ERP?

No. Annora works on top of Epicor, NetSuite, Infor, or whatever you run, including the old stuff. Nothing gets ripped out or re-implemented. If you've lived through a failed ERP project, that's exactly the risk this avoids.

Which ERPs and systems does Annora work with?

Most of them. Epicor, NetSuite, Infor, Fishbowl, and older or custom systems, plus the tools around the ERP: CRM, legacy CPQ, shared network drives, spreadsheets, and email. If your answers live in it, Annora can make them searchable. It reads from the ERP you already run, so there is no migration.

What happens if we change our ERP?

Annora stays. It sits on top of your systems, not inside any one of them, so it survives an ERP change. Point it at the new ERP and your quotes, history, and knowledge stay searchable right through the transition.

How is Annora different from the AI built into our ERP?

Your ERP's built-in AI only sees what lives inside that one ERP. The knowledge a good quote or answer needs is spread across your CRM, shared drives, spreadsheets, and older or in-house systems too. Annora runs on top of all of them at once and answers from your whole operation, not one vendor's slice. It also stays vendor-independent, so you're not locked to a single ERP's roadmap, and it's deployed in your environment, private to your company, so your data never trains an outside model.

How is Annora different from a CPQ tool?

A CPQ tool builds quotes from rules you set up and maintain in advance. Annora quotes from what you have actually built and sold: it makes your whole quote history, specs, and pricing searchable, then checks what you're about to quote against your product constraints. It runs on top of the ERP you already use, not as another system to configure and maintain.

How fast can we deploy?

Live 14 days from the day we have your data and access, guaranteed. Miss our date and it costs us, not you. Plan on about four weeks from signature; most of that is waiting on access approvals, not work for your team. Annora reads your existing data as-is, so you don't clean up or re-implement first.

What does it cost?

The pilot is a fixed price, set by your size and data volume, and credited in full to year one. No long-term contracts. You get the number, with the ROI it's measured against, at your roadmap session.

Does Annora train AI models on our data?

No, never. Your data never reaches OpenAI, Anthropic, or any outside AI company. Annora is private AI deployed for you alone.

Where does our data live?

In your environment, private to your company. Your data stays yours, and you can show management exactly where it lives and where it goes. The boundary is agreed in writing before anything is connected.

Can our IP leak to competitors?

No. Annora is deployed privately, for your company only. Your quotes, pricing, and process knowledge are never pooled, shared, or used to train anything outside your walls.

Our data is a mess. Do we need to clean it up first?

No. The mess is the point. Annora was built for companies whose knowledge is scattered across an ERP, drives, spreadsheets, and people's heads. It makes what you have findable as-is.

Is this another system my team has to learn?

Mostly no. You ask in plain English, something close to what you mean, no exact part numbers or perfect nomenclature, and get the answer with the source attached. The workflows we add later run inside the tools your team already uses, so there's no new system to log into.

What does Annora help with beyond quoting?

Everything else in your order flow runs on the same engine, when you're ready: engineering, procurement, scheduling, manufacturing, quality, and service. Sales goes live first because that's where the return shows fastest; each workspace after that deploys quickly because the engine underneath is already built.

Are we locked into a long-term contract?

No. There are no long-term contracts and no lock-in. You own your data and your engine, and if you stop, the knowledge stays yours. Because Annora runs on top of your existing systems rather than replacing them, leaving would never mean rebuilding your operation.

Who are you, and how long have you been around?

A team of mechanical and AI engineers who have spent our careers in manufacturing, at companies including Intel, Volkswagen, and TDK InvenSense. Founded 2025. Patrick Byrne, CEO, and Dr. Wes Teskey, CTO. We build specifically for manufacturers of complex machinery and equipment.
