AI for ERP

Ask us anything.

Direct answers about how Annora works, where your data lives, and what your team has to learn. (Almost nothing.)

What is Annora?

Annora is AI for the ERP and systems you already run. It's a layer that connects your ERP, CRM, network drives, and spreadsheets and makes everything searchable in one place, plus apps built on that layer, starting with quoting.

Do we have to replace our ERP?

No. Annora works on top of Epicor, NetSuite, Infor, or whatever you run, including the old stuff. Nothing gets ripped out or re-implemented.

What happens if we change our ERP?

Annora stays. It sits on top of your systems, not inside any one of them, so it survives an ERP change. Point it at the new ERP and your quotes, history, and knowledge stay searchable right through the transition.

Which systems does Annora connect to?

Your ERP, CRM, shared network drives, and spreadsheets. If your answers live in it, Annora can make them searchable.

Does Annora train AI models on our data?

No, never. Your data never reaches OpenAI, Anthropic, or any outside AI company. Annora is private AI deployed for you alone.

Where does our data live?

On your own servers or in your private cloud. Annora is self-hosted. Your data stays in your building, and you can show management exactly where it lives and where it goes.

Can our IP leak to competitors?

No. Annora is deployed privately, for your company only. Your quotes, pricing, and process knowledge are never pooled, shared, or used to train anything outside your walls.

Our data is a mess. Do we need to clean it up first?

No. The mess is the point. Annora was built for companies whose knowledge is scattered across an ERP, drives, spreadsheets, and people's heads. It makes what you have findable as-is.

Is this another system my team has to learn?

No. It's a search bar. Type something close to what you mean, no exact part numbers, no perfect nomenclature, and get the answer with the source attached.

How is this different from the AI features our ERP vendor is adding?

ERP vendors add AI to their data. Annora works across all of yours: the ERP plus the CRM, the drives, and the spreadsheets where the real logic often lives. And it's private: self-hosted, never trained on your data, never shared.

What does Annora help with beyond search?

Apps built on the knowledge layer, starting with quoting: faster quotes, more accurate quotes, fewer order errors, shorter sales cycles, higher win rates. Inventory, scheduling, and order entry follow the same pattern: more output from the team you already have.

Are we locked into a long-term contract?

No. There are no long-term contracts and no lock-in. And because Annora runs on top of your existing systems rather than replacing them, leaving would never mean rebuilding your operation.
