Who we are
Annora builds an AI layer for manufacturers, sitting on top of ERP records, quotes, files, parts data, and operational knowledge. This policy covers annora.ai marketing-site visitor data only. Customer project data is governed by the separate agreement for that engagement, not by this policy.
What we collect
When you fill out our form
We collect the information you provide: name, work email, company name, and your answers to our qualification questions. We use this to determine if we can help you and to follow up about our product.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics for pageview tracking. Plausible is privacy-focused and does not use cookies or collect personal data. We use Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session replay to understand how visitors use the site. Clarity collects anonymized interaction data.
Visitor identification
We use a third-party service to identify the companies visiting our site based on publicly available business data. This helps us understand which types of companies are interested in our product. If you'd prefer not to be identified, you can use a VPN or contact us to be excluded.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies for site functionality (e.g., ensuring you see a consistent experience across visits). We do not use cookies for advertising.
