Does this replace our ERP, CRM, or MES?
No. Annora reads from the systems you already run and stays read-only to start. Nothing migrates out of them and nothing becomes a new system of record.
How does Annora connect to our systems?
Read-only first: we connect to your ERP, CRM, file servers, and email through whatever exports or APIs they already expose, and the engine learns from that. Older on-premises systems with restrictive licensing still connect. Once it's live and your team trusts the answers, we add workflows that write back where you approve them, so the re-keying between departments starts to go away.
Can we customize the quoting rules and pricing logic?
Yes. Pricing, lead-time impact, and valid configurations are built from your own historical orders and product rules, not a generic template, so quotes reflect how your business actually prices work. Your team's corrections feed back in.
What if our data is inconsistent across systems?
That's the normal starting point, not a blocker. The engine reads what it finds across your ERP, spreadsheets, and file servers and reconciles it in one place. Where sources disagree, your experts decide what wins when we review it with them before go-live.
Do we need IT resources to set this up?
Minimal. Your IT grants read-only access and stays in control of it; most of the setup work happens on our side. Live 14 days from the day we have your data and access.
