Does this replace our ERP, CRM, or MES?

No. Annora reads from and writes to the systems you already run. It doesn't migrate data out of them or become a new system of record.

How does Annora connect to our systems?

Through read-only integrations to your ERP, file shares, and email, plus whatever exports or APIs your systems already expose. Nothing is re-keyed by hand.

Can we customize the quoting rules and pricing logic?

Yes. Pricing, lead-time impact, and configuration options are built from your own historical orders and rules, not a generic template, so quotes reflect how your business actually prices work.

What if our data is inconsistent across systems?

That's the normal starting point, not a blocker. Annora audits what it finds across your ERP, spreadsheets, and file shares and structures it into one searchable layer, rather than requiring clean data first.

Do we need IT resources to set this up?
