What is Annora?
Annora is the AI layer on top of your ERP, CRM, spreadsheets, and tribal knowledge: one secure, searchable workspace. Ask your operation anything in plain English and get the answer with its source. It runs on the ERP you already use, so nothing gets replaced. It is, in short, private AI for manufacturing.
Do we have to replace our ERP?
No. Most AI in manufacturing shows up as yet another platform to rip-and-replace. Annora is the opposite: it works on top of the ERP you already run, whether that's Epicor, NetSuite, Infor, or something older. Nothing gets ripped out, nothing gets re-implemented. If you've lived through a failed ERP project, that's exactly the risk this avoids.
How is Annora different from a CPQ tool?
A CPQ tool builds quotes from rules you set up in advance. Annora is broader: it makes your whole operation searchable (quotes, orders, specs, and tribal knowledge) and answers in plain English, then quotes from what you have actually built and sold. It runs on top of the ERP you already use, not as another system to configure and maintain.
How is Annora different from the AI built into our ERP?
Your ERP's built-in AI only sees what lives inside that one ERP, but the knowledge a good quote or answer needs is spread across your CRM, shared drives, spreadsheets, and older or in-house systems too. Annora runs on top of all of them at once and answers from your whole operation, not one vendor's slice. It also stays vendor-independent, so you are not locked to a single ERP's roadmap, and it is self-hosted, so your data never trains an outside model. ERP-native tools like Epicor's Prism or Grow AI can help inside that ERP; Annora is the layer across everything.
Which ERPs does Annora work with?
Most of them. Annora works on top of Epicor, NetSuite, Infor, Fishbowl, and older or custom systems. It reads from the ERP you already run, so there is no migration.
How fast can we deploy?
First usable system in about 14 days. Annora makes your existing data findable as-is, so you do not clean up or re-implement first.
Does Annora train AI models on our data?
No. Your data never reaches OpenAI, Anthropic, or any outside AI company. Annora is private AI, deployed for you alone — your information cannot end up in a model your competitors use.
Where does our data live?
On your own servers or in your private cloud — your choice. Annora is self-hosted, so your data stays in your building and you can show your management exactly where it lives.
Our data is a mess. Will this work?
That mess is the use case. Annora was built for companies whose answers are scattered across an ERP, network drives, and spreadsheets. You don't clean up first; Annora makes what you have findable as-is.
Is this another system my team has to learn?
No. It's a search bar. If your team can use Google, they can use Annora — type something close to what you mean and get the answer with the source attached.
